GenPro Quarterly Bulletin Q4: October – December 2025

Together Towards Smarter, Stronger Supply Chains

Together Towards Smarter, Stronger Supply Chains

Dear Esteemed Member,

Q4 marked a strong close to an ambitious year for GenPro.

In 2025, we welcomed three new members adding over 40 vessels to our pool and presented our value proposition to more than 40 companies worldwide, expanding our presence across key maritime markets. Operationally, we delivered significant impact: 185 audits, 150 business reviews, and 50 new supplier agreements that enhanced resilience and quality across our global supply network.

It was also a period of transformation. We continued rolling out OPTIMA upgrades, completed the successful acquisition of Sea Connect (now rebranded as ForSea), and strengthened our team with new talent across key functions.

In Q4 alone, we conducted 38 audits across China, Singapore, Taiwan, the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, Cyprus, Egypt, Monaco, the USA, Panama, Mexico, and Brazil, reinforcing accountability and driving sustainable maturity.

The fourth quarter delivered further growth through 6 new supplier partnerships, reinforcing our service capability across passenger and merchant vessels. In total, our framework agreements now number 357.

Our momentum extended across digital innovation and industry engagement. In September, we published our third ESG Report, outlining measurable progress and reinforcing procurement’s role in building transparency and resilience across the supply chain.

In October, GenPro hosted its “Wake Up to What’s Next” Breakfast Networking Event, announcing the acquisition of SeaConnect. Now integrated into our digital ecosystem as ForSea, this platform enhances supplier-facing workflows and supports our RFQ-to-invoice vision.

GenPro also participated in Maritime Cyprus 2025 and proudly supported the ISSA 67 Convention in Singapore as a bronze sponsor. In my role as Vice President of WISTA Cyprus, I joined the WISTA International AGM & Conference in Barcelona.

Throughout Q4, our team remained active in thought leadership and knowledge-sharing. Together with Swift Marine, our Compliance & Sustainability team hosted a technical webinar on the risks and compliance considerations around dangerous cargo.

In November, we joined ExxonMobil’s “Charting the Course” forum in Athens and held our 5th annual Blue Day, featuring a fireside chat entitled “Single Point of Truth: Turning AI into Action in Sourcing & Procurement.”

GenPro also entered the final stages of certification under the new ISO 37001:2025 Anti-Bribery Management System standard.

GENPRO MOMENTS

On the community front, our GenPro Cyprus team marked International Volunteer Day by joining the Limassol Municipality for a local beach clean-up—a simple act, but one that reminded us how collective effort can restore the places we share.

We also gathered clothes and toys for a women’s shelter and the Red Cross, offering support to families facing difficult moments. And for the International Day of Charity, we helped provide school supplies to children in Limassol, in collaboration with a local radio station—small contributions that, together, help light the path for others.
