GenPro Appoints Co-Managing Directors to Lead Its Next Chapter of Growth
GenPro has appointed Ms Clara Chan and Ms Charis Michael as Co-Managing Directors, effective 23 July 2026, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the company.

The appointments follow the decision by Ms Maria Theodosiou to step down after a successful tenure as Managing Director. Under her leadership, GenPro reinforced its reputation as a trusted maritime procurement partner, broadened its network, and enhanced the value it delivers to both members and suppliers.
