We have released our 2025 Sustainability Report, an open account of our environmental, social and governance performance for the year ending 31 December 2025. It covers our offices in Cyprus, Singapore and India. We reference the GRI Standards and the VSME Comprehensive Module, alongside the ESRS. This year’s edition rests on our second Double Materiality Assessment, which identified Climate Change, Workers in the Value Chain, Own Workforce and Business Conduct as our material topics. It will also shape our 2026–2036 ESG Strategy.
Our suppliers are central to our impact. We work with more than 356 suppliers across 20 procurement categories. In 2025 we vetted 100% of them against environmental and social criteria, and all of them met our anti-corruption and business conduct standards. We audited 52% physically and virtually against ESG criteria, and audit performance improved by 4%. 84% of our suppliers hold ISO 9001 certification, 58% hold ISO 14001 and 47% hold ISO 45001. 44% are reducing plastic packaging.
On governance, we had zero corruption incidents, zero anti-competitive legal actions and no bribery-related fines or sanctions. Women hold 40% of seats on our Board. We acquired the SeaConnect digital procurement platform, which we will integrate into our OPTIMA ecosystem. We also put in place an incident response plan aligned with the NIS2 Directive.
At GenPro, we believe procurement has the power to drive positive change. Sustainability is not only a compliance requirement, but a responsibility that guides how organisations operate.
