GenPro hosts “End-II-End Connections“ event at Posidonia.overview of the event

With its unmatched ability to bring the global maritime community together, Posidonia 2026 once again affirmed its place as a cornerstone event for the industry.

Held on the 2nd June, GenPro’s breakfast networking event welcomed 130 guests, setting a purposeful tone for the week ahead- one that underscored the value of connecting in person.

Throughout the week, conversations across Posidonia carried a distinct energy – direct, thoughtful and grounded in the realities of how the industry operates. Our “End-II-End Connections” gathering reflected exactly that. It brought together peers and partners from across the globe in a setting that encouraged open exchange.

In her opening remarks, Managing Director Maria Theodosiou focused on what continues to matter most: that procurement is ultimately about people, that trust becomes more critical as uncertainty increases, and that resilience now sits alongside cost efficiency as a core priority. Strong partnerships, she noted, remain central to better decision-making, even as technology continues to evolve.

Ultimately, the true value of the week lay in the conversations – honest perspectives shared, common ground established, and relationships strengthened.

A powerful start to Posidonia week, and a clear reminder of why these moments continue to matter.
